Boiled beans
Our summer soups are all simple: a pot of water, simple ingredients, less oil and less salt. It is clear and light, maintaining the original flavor of the dishes and tastes very refreshing. Sometimes even oil and salt are not put in, just clear water and ingredients. The real clear soup is dry, hehe.

Steps for Boiled beans

Prepare beans and ginger.

Wash the beans, tear off the tendons on both sides, and break into sections.

Soak the beans in salt water for 10 minutes, remove and rinse.

Pour ginger and cold water into the pan together.

Add the beans.

Add appropriate amount of oil after boiling water.

Cover and cook for a few minutes.

Cook until the beans are cooked, season with salt and chicken essence.
