Steps for Sausage horned melon

One horned melon (zucchini), one tomato, and one beef sausage.

Slice the horned melons.

Cut the tomatoes and beef sausage into small hob pieces.

Cut the green onions and ginger into dices.

Raise the pan to heat the oil and saute the chives and ginger.

Add the melon slices and stir well.

Cook soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Add the beef sausage and simmer slightly.

Add tomatoes.

Season with salt and MSG and turn off the heat.
