Steps for braised beans

Wash 500g of beans, 100g of pork, onion and ginger

Slice the pork.

Slice onions and ginger.

Heat the pan, add more oil, add the beans and stir-fry. Having too much oil can quickly dehydrate the beans, and the remaining oil can be taken out and reserved for other uses.
