Refreshing porridge
I usually want to eat some light and refreshing food when I get up in the morning, especially making this refreshing porridge for myself. It's fresh and greasy.

  • white rice 50 grams
  • cucumber 1 piece
  • carrots 1 piece
  • Jiang appropriate amount
  • onion a little
  • salt appropriate amount

    Wash the rice and add water at a ratio of 1:3. I personally prefer the thick porridge. It took more than an hour to cook it and it became very thick.

    I almost forgot, it's just porridge. It's a bit monotonous. I specially cooked fresh edamame with shells. I haven't eaten it for a long time and it feels very green.
