Steps for Ningbo Flavor Roasted Bean

Wash and strain dry with beans, bend them into pieces as long as your fingers, put 3 teaspoons of salt in the pan, and put the beans in to dry.

Boil the pan over low heat for about 5-10 minutes, and the beans are almost emerald green. You can add other seasonings.

Add cooking oil, soy sauce, mature vinegar, and rock sugar, cover the lid and bake over low heat. Depending on my portion, it took me about 10 minutes.
