Braised sea fish with onions

Steps for Braised sea fish with onions

Clean the sea fish and marinate with a little salt and pepper.

Heat the oil pan and fry the sea fish over medium heat.

Fry one side and turn over the other side, add the ginger slices, fry both sides until golden brown and serve for later use.

Continue to use the original oil pan and pour the onions into high heat and stir fry.

Add a spoonful of Laoganma chili sauce and a little water.

Cook for a while, put the fried fish back in, add a little salt and white sugar, simmer for about a minute or two, add in the raw flour and sauce.
