Stewed duck legs with beans

Steps for Stewed duck legs with beans

300g of duck calves, 2 kilograms of beans, onions and ginger.

Add water to the pot and add tangerine peel to boil for 5 minutes. Add the duck legs and blanch for about 1 minute. Remove and wash.

Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the cinnamon and aniseed over low heat, add the onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add duck legs.
