Steps for Salted goose tofu

Soak and wash the salty goose and cook it; cut the old tofu into rectangular slices and blanch it in water to remove the smell of slop.2
Put the salted goose pieces, old tofu, onion knots, ginger slices, cooking wine, and salted goose soup in the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then stew over low heat until the taste is complete, add salt and monosodium glutamate, and bring to a boil.3
