Steps for crystal shrimp

Bleach the shrimp with clean water, add salt and baking soda, and rinse until the shrimp becomes crystal clear. Then rinse off the salt and baking soda flavor with clean water, drain the water, add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, and wet starch to size for later use.2
Heat the pan, scoop in the oil and cook it until it is at least 50% hot, pour in the prepared shrimp meat, use a spoon to slice the shrimp meat open, until it is ripe and out of the pan, pour in a colander, drain the oil, and serve.
