Pan-fried sea fish

Pan-fried sea fish
Marine fish are very popular in my family. My mother loves everything without fish. It doesn't matter if there is no food when eating every day. The most important thing is that there is no fish... The fish I fry at home does not put any ingredients in it. I only add some soy sauce to enhance the flavor before starting the pan, mainly to serve with porridge the next day... Since I only know how to say the fish in my hometown dialect, but I don't know how to say it in Mandarin, I'll call it a deep-sea fish.

    1. Since the fish I fried at home is not eaten freshly, but is reserved for porridge the next day, I didn't put ginger, onions, etc., and you can add some of what you like to make it more fragrant! 2. The fish has been marinated with a proper amount of salt when buying, so there is no need to add salt when frying. 3. Don't turn the fish when frying it, wait until it is fried until it is finalized before turning it over and it will not break.
