Steps for Homemade apricot paste

First prepare the raw material apricot, 1000 grams. Put it in salt water and soak it for half an hour. Wash it and set aside.

Put the washed apricots in boiling water and blanch them, peel and remove the cores.

Add 150 grams of white sugar to the peeled apricot meat and marinate for about 20 minutes (white sugar can be added according to your taste, add less if you like sour, and add more if you like sweet).

You can directly put the marinated apricot meat in a juicer and break it. Because I like to eat small pieces of apricot meat, I didn't beat it and just turned on a low heat to simmer slowly.

During the boiling process, stir constantly to avoid burning the bottom of the pot. Just boil to this extent.
