Steps for Black Bean Sauce Ribs

1
Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces.
2
Chop raw peppers and garlic into grains, chop black beans, and chop ginger into thin pieces and shredded respectively.
3
Add shredded ginger, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, pepper, a little sugar, and a little corn flour to mix well and marinate. Finally, add some sesame oil.
4
Heat the pan with oil (slightly larger amount), and when the oil is boiled to 70% heat, put the marinated pork ribs into small pieces and fry them until the skin changes color.
5
After frying the ribs, leave a small amount of oil in the pan, and put the fermented beans, garlic, shredded ginger, and chili grains into high heat and stir-fry until fragrant.
6
Spread the fried seasoning evenly on top of the ribs, add the soy sauce, put water in the pan and boil, and add the ribs.
7
Cover the pan and steam for 10 minutes over water.Black Bean Sauce Ribs Make Tips
The steamed pork ribs with black beans I made before didn't include a deep-frying step. Today, I tried following someone else's method, and I think it turned out okay~ But then again, black bean steamed ribs are delicious no matter how you make them ^_^
