  • Longjing shrimp Make Tips

    1. The authentic Longjing shrimp uses river shrimp. You can't buy it here, so I took sea shrimp. 2. When making tea, use water below 80 degrees, otherwise it will affect the color of the tea leaves. 3. It is best to use Longjing New Tea. The tea leaves are green and can be eaten into vegetables. I can only buy old tea here, but the color is not good, so I didn't put it in. 4. The last step can be used to hook the glass and the color will look better. I don't like starch very much so I didn't thicken it.
