Steps for Lao Huo Qingrun cabbage soup

Prepare the required raw materials.

Break the cabbage into pieces and wash it, soak in salt water for 20 minutes, wash it again, drain it and set aside.

Wash and chop the pork bones, boil in boiling water for 3 minutes, remove and rinse them with clean water; wash dry cuttlefish and tear small pieces; cut carrot into thick slices; wash red dates and remove cores; peel and pat ginger.

Put the pork bones, carrot, dried cuttlefish, red dates, and ginger pieces into the soup pot, add 2000 ml of water, cover and bring to a boil over high heat.
