Chinese cabbage and tofu bamboo rolling soup

When the weather is hot, I really want to have a bowl of soup, but in such weather, I can't get excited about making soup or stewing soup. Especially when it is tight to get home from work, let alone make soup or stew soup. The only way to drink soup is boiling hot soup! Boiling soup is the fastest, most convenient and easiest way.

- green onion appropriate amount
- shallots appropriate amount
Steps for Chinese cabbage and tofu bamboo rolling soup

Ingredients: Chinese cabbage, tofu bamboo (soaked to soft), chopped green onion, shallot protein solution

Add chicken soup or water, cover well, cook over high heat for 10 minutes, and then add cabbage and tofu.

Cover it back and heat up for 3 minutes. Add the fried shallots.

Add appropriate amount of seasoning.

Slowly pour the protein solution into the soup.

Stir quickly into egg drops.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion, turn off heat and drizzle with sesame oil.
