Steps for homemade jelly

1
Put the pork skin into the pan with boiling water, turn to medium heat and cook for about five minutes and remove it. After cooling, remove the lard on the inside of the skin. Then wash it with water and remove the oil again (be sure to clean the oil so that the jelly will be very transparent)
2
Remove the oil from the skin and cut it into thin threads, the thinner the better.
3
Put the meat skin in the basin, put the water in 2.5 times that of the meat skin, add appropriate amount of aniseed, spring onion segments, and ginger, place it in the pan and steam (steam over water, it is best to choose an enamel basin or stainless steel basin to hold the meat skin), open the pan and steam for two and a half to three hours. (If steaming in a pressure cooker, steam for 20 minutes.) Remove the green onions, aniseed, and ginger slices. Take out the steamed meat skin, add a little salt and monosodium glutamate, and stir well. (Remove the oil with a napkin) Place in the refrigerator.
