Steps for milk pudding

1. First stir the eggs evenly (not too fast!), Let stand for 1-2 minutes and filter through a sieve 2-3 times.2
2. Pour the milk into a large bowl, add the eggs, and stir well (not too fast! There will be a lot of bubbles...), Let stand for 2-3 minutes.3
3. Add soft white sugar (according to your preference, say without fixed requirements...) Stir slowly again... slowly。。。4
