Braised vegetarian carp
By WillowHoppe
The vegetarian carp written on this package is actually made of soybeans and wrapped in a layer of seaweed. The fish itself has no taste. I used the same method as making braised fish. The sauce is very thick, and the vegetarian fish is also very delicious. It tastes fragrant and tastes a bit like gluten and is very strong.
