This is my third time making a decorated birthday cake. I use Anjia's animal whipped cream, which is much better than the vegetable butter used in cake houses on the market. I am determined not to give it to my daughter for the vegetable butter used in cakes sold outside. Since playing baking, I have known the ingredients, so I feel safe giving this to my daughter. However, the decoration performance of this animal-based light cream is really unstable in summer. It is not as stable as vegetable butter and easy to melt, but it tastes better and is much healthier than vegetable butter.
