Beer Sauce Chicken Wings
By JuanitaAdams
There are many ways to make chicken wings, and I like braised one the most! When frying in summer, it's too hot to stand it. It takes time to stew chicken wings to taste slowly. I'm a meat enthusiast, how can I wait! Let's not talk about this dish. I use beer to cook chicken wings. It adds flavor and removes the peculiar smell of chicken wings. It's great! You can eat it as a dish, or make snacks and eat it.. Hehe..

Steps for Beer Sauce Chicken Wings

1
After buying and washing the chicken wings, use a knife to cut the chicken bones and slightly cut off the bones, but don't cut them off. (Prevent chicken wings from shrinking together after heating, as shown in the figure cutting method)
2
Chop the ginger and garlic, wash the pepper and fragrant leaves for later use.
3
After boiling the water in the pot, add the ginger slices, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, add the chicken wings in and cover the lid. After the water boils again, use a spoon to skim off the foam, continue to cook for 2 minutes, remove and drain.
4
Remove the chicken wings and drain the water.
5
Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan, put the drained chicken wings in and fry slowly over medium to medium heat.
6
After frying, turn over and fry the other side, then remove from the pan for later use.
7
Leave the remaining oil in the pan, add ginger, garlic, pepper, and fragrant leaves into the pan and fry until fragrant.
8
Add the fried chicken wings.
9
Pour in beer and touch the chicken wings. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of salt, cover the lid, and heat on medium heat for about 8 minutes.
10
After boiling the pan, add rock sugar (white sugar), and sprinkle with chili powder if you like spicy.
11
When the soup is almost collected, it can be served.
