Homemade Sichuan-style steak
By YasminKling
I have eaten too many Western-style steaks, and I wanted to eat something different that day. I saw that there were only onions and green peppers in the refrigerator. On second thoughts, I tried making a steak with all the ingredients. The result was that it tasted really different! If you don't believe me, try it too. It's very simple!

Steps for Homemade Sichuan-style steak

1
Wash, drain, and set aside (they sell them in supermarkets, but I only have these left at home, so I use them all. The round beef is more tender!)
2
Shred onions (you can also cut them into cubes, I prefer shredded because it is more convenient). Cut green peppers into small pieces and you can see the butter and steak sauce.
3
Add butter first, you can put more butter in it
4
Lower heat, after the butter melts, you can add the steak!
5
Over medium to medium heat, add a little salt, and serve on a plate after frying the steak. The steak can be turned over just as soon as it changes color. Both sides have just changed color, and there are still traces of blood. It is 5 ripe. The longer it takes to fry, the more ripe it will be. How ripe you like it depends on your personal preference. I like to eat it tender, just the kind that is still a little bloodshot!
6
The next step is to fry the ingredients. Use the oil from the fried steak. If there is less oil, add more. Pour the green peppers and onions into the pan in turn, and add the black pepper paste.
7
Add salt and continue to stir fry the seasoning.
8
It's ready! Let's go! Cover the stir-fried condiments on the previously fried and served steak. It's a bit like a steamed steak with rice!
9
Done! Now underneath the onions and green peppers is steak! Let them cover for a while longer, and the steak will taste better! If there are still fresh onions left, you can sprinkle some on them at this time and eat them with the beef for more delicious!
