Although I like to eat noodle products, I never know how to make pasta at home (except for noodles, they are still ready-made). It is really too complicated for me.(When I get greedy, I go to the teahouse to have morning tea and snacks. The taste is not bad.), watching everyone make pasta and cakes so beautiful, fragrant, I really admire it. I'm itching, let's make a simple dumpling (I bought the dough ready-made, haha, I really have seven orifices in this regard-I don't know anything)

Steps for dumplings

Chop the pork, dice the leeks, set aside.

Add the seasoning and mix well the meat and leeks.

Add a little egg white and stir well in one direction, set aside to marinate for a while.
