Baked egg with leeks

Steps for Baked egg with leeks

400g of leeks and 2 eggs.

Chop the leeks, the more finely the better.

Place in a basin. Beat the eggs into the leeks.

Add a little salt and mix well to make leek egg paste.

Heat the frying pan in the oil. A little more oil. Pour in the leek egg paste to a thickness of about 1cm, and bake over medium heat.

After frying until crisp, turn over and fry again.

Fry both sides until browned and ready to serve. Change the knife and plate.
