Old duck and soybean soup
By ArnoldoHintz
This soup can nourish yin and replenish blood. Duck meat is sweet and warm in nature, rich in protein, calcium, phosphorus, niacin and vitamin B1 and B2. Adding pork bone can remove the fishy smell of duck meat and increase the sweetness of the soup. Soybeans are nutritious. Red dates and wolfberry can nourish blood. It tastes great.

Steps for Old duck and soybean soup

1
My family uses this kind of casserole for making soup and meat. It uses gas and electricity. If we use casserole, we can maintain the original flavor of the meat and soup to the greatest extent possible.
2
Clean up the duck meat (all of our meat here are hand-slaughtered and have a lot of hair, so you must clean it carefully) and cut it into pieces for later use.
3
Chop pork bones into pieces (ribs can also be used, it is best to use leaner ones, so that the soup will be lighter)
4
The ingredients include soybeans (I chose local soybeans, of course, other soybeans will also work), red dates, wolfberry, ginger, and wine.
5
Soak the soybeans in water for an hour.
6
Put the ingredients into the casserole (put the wolfberry fruit two minutes before turning off the heat)
7
After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer slowly for an hour and a half. Now I can smell the fragrance, so I will cover the lid and cook.Old duck and soybean soup Make Tips
You can control the stewing time yourself; if the duck is old, you can stew it longer. Make sure to add the goji berries two minutes before turning off the heat.
