Milk coconut balls

A large amount of shredded coconut was added, and when roasting, the aroma of coconut came in. It was so satisfying. Because of the addition of milk powder, the aroma of milk was overflowing with every bite.

Steps for Milk coconut balls

Mix the light cream, low-gluten flour, fine sugar, milk powder and 150g of shredded coconut.

Stir the mixture thoroughly.

Pour in the beaten egg white.

Stir well and knead into a uniform dough.

Take about 25g of dough and knead it into smooth small balls, place it into the coconut paste, and wrap the surface with a layer of shredded coconut.
