Steps for Spiced tea egg

1
Prepare the ingredients and determine the number of eggs according to the size of your rice cooker
2
Prepare a small gauze and add ginger, tea leaves, star anise, and pepper
3
Put the eggs in the rice cooker and press the rice button
4
Tie the gauze with thin thread
5
Put the boiled eggs in cold water for easier peeling
6
Remove the eggs from cold water and crack the shells to make cracks for easy taste
7
Put the cracked eggs into the rice cooker again, and add soy sauce, sugar (I use the leftover sugar cube for drinking coffee at home), and a little chicken essence
8
Put the prepared ingredients and yarn bags into the rice cooker, press the rice button, wait until the temperature is warmed (my rice cooker means rice cooked), unplug the plug and soak for a while (I usually cook it after dinner, and soak it overnight), and you can eat
