Steps for stir-fry liver tip

Slice pork liver (I cut it very thick and it tastes delicious), blanch it in boiling water until half-cooked, take it out, add salt, cooking wine, and cornflour, and marinate for later use.

Slice carrot, shred onion, and slice green pepper.

Heat the oil in the pan, add shredded ginger and stir-fry to create the fragrance, pour in the pork liver, stir fry quickly, add a small amount of soy sauce, stir-fry with sugar until ripe, and serve for later use.

Put a small amount of oil in the pan, stir fry the ingredients until cooked, pour in the pork liver, mix well, and add appropriate amount of salt.
