stir-fried bacon with pepper
By BerryBarton
Every winter, we use the best pork to make some bacon, then cut into pieces and place it in the freezer of the refrigerator. Take it out when eating and take as much as you eat. Sometimes steamed, sometimes stir-fried peppers or cabbage, and cooked as you like. You can eat it until the next winter, and then you can eat it again. Both I and my husband love this fried bacon with pepper, so it often appears on the table and serves very well.
