Hutazi

Hutazi
This Shaoxing people call Maishushao. It was the first breakfast cake I learned when I first came into contact with the kitchen.

Earlier, I spent more than ten minutes spreading out a few such cakes, paired with a cup of milk or soy milk, and giving them to my family. Although I sometimes work harder, I always feel that they are healthier, hygienic and much more nutritious than those sold outside.
