Steps for Cold seaweed

1
Cut the kelp silk short with scissors, grab it with a little salt and wash it off, and then wash it off with clean water so that the mucus on it can be removed.
2
Add some salt to the boiling water pot and blanch the shredded seaweed for a little more than ten seconds. Remove, drain, and cool thoroughly.
3
Peel garlic.
4
Chop it into fine mud.
5
Heat the pan to cool the oil, stir-fry the chili sauce over low heat, and let it cool thoroughly when serving.
6
Add chicken essence, soy sauce, vinegar, white sugar, salt, and mashed garlic to make the hot and sour juice you accept.
7
Pour the mixed juice on the shredded seaweed, sprinkle with some sesame oil and mix well.
