Banana ice cream
I have been wanting to eat ice cream recently, but there is no one selling it near the Gold Coast, so I went to the refrigerator to find ingredients to make it, so I created this banana ice cream, which is delicious! You won't forget it!

Steps for Banana ice cream

Peel the banana and grind it into a puree. If you like cream, you can add cream at this step; but I don't have cream, so I didn't add it.2
Add condensed milk and white sugar to the banana puree.3
Bring egg yolks and sugar to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly while cooking.4
Add banana puree and egg sugar water to egg sugar water, stir well, add a few spoonfuls of milk powder, and a little water starch (I use corn flour). Bring to a boil over high heat.

Put it in the refrigerator and freeze it,(If you want to taste better, stir it once every hour for about 10 minutes, and beat it 3-4 times!)6
