Steps for shortbread

White sugar, flour, lard, peanuts, black sesame seeds, sweet potatoes, honey, some of them I forgot to take pictures.

Oil skin making: Mix flour and sugar, add lard and water, mix and knead into dough. Making of meringue: Mix flour and lard evenly and knead into a ball, cover the prepared oil skin and crispy with plastic wrap and soak for 30 minutes.
