Steps for Maotai-flavored eggplant pieces

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the eggplant into hob pieces, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, chop the onions and garlic for later use.

Pour two spoonfuls of vegetable oil into a frying pan. After the oil is heated, pour in the eggplant pieces, add a spoonful of salt and stir fry continuously.
