Steps for green onion pancake

Prepare raw materials.

Chop the shallots, mix in a bowl of warm water and add a little salt to set aside.

Slowly pour water into the flour and stir until fluffy.

Knead the flour into a smooth dough and leave for twenty minutes.

Roll out the awakened dough with a rolling pin into a large cake shape.
