Steps for Stewed tofu with yellow fish

  • 1
Clean and marinate the fish for 20-30 minutes, and you can slice it several times (it is customary to stew fish at home, which is different from restaurants).
  • 2
Cut the onions, slice the ginger and garlic, and set aside red peppers.
  • 3
Drain the marinated fish, use a paper towel to blot dry the surface water, and wrap it with a layer of starch. To ensure that the fish skin is complete and tender.
  • 4
Heat the pan and add cold oil. When the oil is medium cooked, put the fish into the pan and fry over low heat. Fry each side for about three minutes until the skin is golden. Never turn back and forth.
  • 5
Free up the oil pan and stir-fry the prepared onions, ginger, garlic and red peppers until fragrant.
  • 6
Add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, a little sugar, vinegar, and bring to a boil in hot water.
  • 7
Cut tofu into slices and soak in the soup. Turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle in the parsley and serve out.
