Steps for cold beef tendon

Refers to chopped peppers and coriander and minced garlic.

Slice the stewed beef tendon.

Prepare a large bowl, pour in the chopped ingredients, add in the appropriate amount of seasoning and mix well to form a sauce. (Except white sesame seeds)

Pour in the cut beef tendons and grasp well.

To size the plate, sprinkle with a little white sesame seeds.
