Heat the pan with cold oil. After the oil is hot, saute the chives, shredded ginger and red peppers; cook the cooking wine, add two spoonfuls of sweet flour paste and half a spoon of delicious bean paste, and stir-fry until fragrant.2
Add in the snails and stir fry over high heat for 1 minute; add a little boiling water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.3
Collect the juice over high heat.
