Steps for Barbecue fried chips

Appropriate amount of potatoes; salt, sesame seeds, chili powder, cumin powder, five-spice powder.

Wash the potatoes and slice them. Soak in light salt water for 20 minutes.

Remove and drain the water, sprinkle with appropriate amount of flour. Turn it evenly.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the potato slices dipped in flour and fry them; fry until the potato slices are dehydrated and shaped, and remove them.

Bake the oil to 7- 80 heat, add in the shaped potato slices, and fry again. Fry the potato slices to a golden yellow color and remove them.

After loading, sprinkle with salt, chili powder, cumin powder, five-spice powder, and sesame seeds. Mix well and serve.
