I ate too much spicy food, but I didn't want to eat it with light food, so I invented this dish to eat it without getting angry.

Steps for Fried chicken wings with onions

1. Prepare the ingredients: a green pepper, a proper amount of ginger and shallot (5-6 chives) and garlic, and cut chicken wings into several sections;

3. Cut the ginger into shreds, slice the garlic, separate the fragrant shallots and the onion leaves, cut the onion leaves into one-inch sections, slice the onions, and cut the green peppers into small circles;

4. Heat the pan and cool the oil until it is 80% hot;

5. Take out the marinated chicken wings, separate them from the juice, and use the marinade;

6. Pour the chicken wings into the pan and stir fry quickly for 3 minutes to turn the skin slightly yellow;

7. When the chicken wings are almost stir-fried, add the chopped seasoning and stir fry for 30 seconds;
