When I was a child, my mother would sometimes fry steamed buns for us to eat the remaining steamed buns. I remember that we had a lot of fun eating them at that time. Many times, steamed buns are fried directly without eggs. They are very fragrant.

Prepare the ingredients.

Beat the eggs, add a little salt, and mix well.
