    Put coconut milk + gelatine powder in a small milk pot and heat until boiling, turn off the heat immediately;

    Beat egg yolks with white sugar until the color becomes light;

    Slowly pour the boiled coconut milk into the egg yolks and stir constantly;

    Heat the coconut milk and egg yolk paste until they are almost boiling. Turn off the heat immediately before boiling. Cool the egg yolk coconut paste at room temperature.
