Steps for Braised herring with green onions

2 herring fish, onion, ginger and garlic.

Make a diagonal knife on the back of the herring.

Remove the pan to heat the oil, stir-fry the ginger slices and garlic slices until fragrant.

Cook vinegar and cooking wine successively.
