Fried rice balls
By ReedHeller
This rice ball is particularly simple, but it is very popular among children. The rice ball with a bowl of rice was quickly eaten, and I enjoyed it. The outer skin is crispy and the rice is soft and tender. Dip it in ketchup, it was so delicious that I couldn't help but eat a few more.

Poetic Heart: 1: If it is made with hot rice, you can also stir-fry some ingredients, mix well with the rice, and then make them into balls and fry them. It is more nutritious. 2: Wear disposable gloves when making rice balls, which is very convenient. If not, just dip a little water on your hands so that it won't stick to your hands. 3: Don't make the oil too high when frying, otherwise the bread crumbs will be over-fried if you go over it.
