Steps for noodles with bean

The three sauces used are Haitian soybean paste, Li Kum Kee sweet noodle paste, and June bean paste. You can put other types of sauces if you like spicy ones.

Mix the three sauces in a ratio of 2:1:1, add appropriate amount of water and mix well.

Dice the pork, the ratio of fat to lean 1:9, add starch and oyster sauce and marinate for 20 minutes.

Heat the pan and cool the oil, saute the onions, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add the marinated meat, and stir fry a few times.

Add the sauce water mixed in Figure 2, and simmer slowly over low heat until sticky.

The stewed sauce is very fragrant.

After the noodles are cooked in the pan, rinse them with cold boiling water and drain the water. Add the cooked meat sauce and vegetables.
