Steps for spicy rice noodles

200g of sweet potato powder, 30g of Pi County bean paste, 20g of fermented bean, 5 g of pepper, 5 g of sesame seeds, 20g of green beans, 1 red pepper, and onion, ginger and garlic.

Soak sweet potato powder in water for 1 hour.

Shred and diced red peppers, onions, ginger and garlic, set aside.

Remove the pan to heat the oil. Add pepper and fermented bean, and saute fry over low heat until fragrant.
