Ingredients: eggplant,MSG,salad oil,green onion,ginger,minced garlic,aniseed,dried red pepper,refined salt,yellow sauce

    Remove the stalks of the eggplant, wash it, peel it, and fry it in a pan.

    Put the oil in a hot pan, saute the chives, ginger, and shredded dry red pepper.
