Usually, when I stew meat dishes, I like to put some dried sauce in and stew them together, so that the dried sauce can absorb some of the umami and oil content of the meat dishes, and the meat dishes can be less greasy and each can enjoy their own taste.

Remove and drain the sauce after it is dried and stewed.

Wash and drain the coriander, chop it up and place it into bigwigs.

Chop ginger, garlic cloves, and red peppers. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and sesame oil to make an old sauce.

Slice the dried sauce and place it in a cilantro bowl.

Drizzle with the sauce and mix them well.

Marinate for 20 minutes, plate and serve.
