Steamed pork ribs with soy sauce and potatoes

Add the fragrant and spicy fermented bean sauce and cook it with the ribs to make the ribs full of soy flavor. In order to neutralize the greasy taste of only eating meat, potatoes were added, which also neutralizes the nutrition.

- green pepper 1 piece
- salt 1 scoop
- soy sauce 5ml
- cooking wine 1 scoop
- garlic rice 2 capsules

Steps for Steamed pork ribs with soy sauce and potatoes

Cut pork ribs into slices and blanch them in hot water. Remove and set aside.
