The pearl in the palm belongs to Anhui cuisine and is a rare dish for banquets. This dish is beautiful in shape, white and bright in the palms, and is delicious. I'm stupid and don't shape it well, but it tastes good.

    1. Put the shrimp paste into the fat meat and chop it up for better dry mouth. I switched to chicken leg meat for health. 2. The duck feet I bought were boneless and foamed. They tasted crispy.
