Knock the eggs into the clean peas.

Put the net Chinese toon sprouts into a boiling water bowl, cover the bowl tightly, blanch for about 3 minutes, drain the water, and cut into pieces. (I brought it from my mother's house. I blanched it beforehand and put it in the refrigerator and only need to defrost it.)
5
Put a flat pan on high heat and add a spoonful of cooked lard.
6
Cook until it is 50% hot and pour the eggs into the pan.
7
While the eggs are not cooked, place the Chinese pine sprouts in the middle of the eggs.

Use chopsticks to fold the eggs around them towards the center, so that the egg liquid surrounds the pine buds.
9
Shake the spoon and turn over, turn off the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until cooked.Braised egg with Chinese toon sprouts Make Tips
